Return of goods<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine \"On Consumer Protection\"<\/strong>, a consumer has the right to replace goods of good quality with similar ones within 14<\/strong> days<\/strong> if the goods do not fit in shape, size, style, color or cannot be used for their intended purpose, but provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, packaging, and documents have been preserved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other goods, or to receive a refund equal to the value of the returned product, or to exchange the product for a similar product as soon as the relevant product is available for sale.\nIn case of a refund, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase.\nThe money is returned within seven days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer claims are considered only after clarifying the customer's name and order number and the complete set of goods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

What should I do if I want to return or exchange the goods<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

You need to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Contact the manager by phone or in the messenger where you placed the order;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- According to the manager's instructions, send the goods back to the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- After receiving and examining the goods in the store, the manager will contact you to clarify the issue of exchange or refund.\nAny sending of a new product from the abrams.com.ua<\/a> store is possible only after the store employees receive the product that did not fit. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In what cases can the exchange\/return of goods be refused?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The exchange\/return of goods may be refused for the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- The integrity of warranty seals, branded packaging, etc. is compromised;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- there is mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- unauthorized intervention, repair or replacement of internal communications and components of the product, violation of the design or scheme of the product.Clothing that cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \"On Consumer Protection\":<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- mittens;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- underwear - thermal underwear;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- socks;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- hats and headwear;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- second-hand goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we do not receive parcels sent with shipping at the recipient's expense.\nIn this case, the parcels are returned to the sender. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the parcel was returned due to the store's fault, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- the product does not match the description on the store's website;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- the code of the received product does not match the code of the ordered product;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- defective goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
