The uniqueness of this model lies in its high-tech Danger Close Reticle (DCR) – a modification of the classic 68 MOA holographic reticle with a central 1 MOA dot. What does this mean for the user? You get three clear aiming points for different distances: 7 yards (6.4 m), 50 yards (45.7 m), and 200 yards (182.9 m). The main ring has been removed from the upper portion, preventing it from obstructing the view, while the lower chevron simplifies target acquisition even in fast-moving close-combat situations.
Brightness is controlled using side buttons, allowing you to quickly adjust the settings with either your right or left hand without taking your hand off the weapon and making it easy to mount a magnifier in front of the sight. 20 brightness levels for daytime use and 10 night-vision-compatible modes, compatible with Generation I-III+ night vision devices, ensure ideal reticle illumination in any conditions, from bright daylight to complete darkness.
Thanks to the quick-detach mount for a Weaver/MIL-STD-1913 rail, you get versatile installation on most modern firearms. The extremely durable housing is protected against water penetration (operational depth of up to 10 m), withstands impacts and operating temperatures from -40 to +60°C, allowing the sight to function in the most extreme climatic conditions.
