The BALAK Individual First Aid Kit IFAK Mosquito V2 in Multicam camouflage is a modern solution for creating a compact and functional combat first aid kit that is always within reach when a critical moment arises. Developed with the real needs of military personnel, unit medics, rescuers, and volunteers in mind, the Mosquito V2 combines thoughtful ergonomics, maximum capacity, and lightning-fast access to all vital medical supplies.

Its compact size (16×12×5 cm) and low weight (163 g) allow the pouch to be mounted on a plate carrier, belt, waist belt, or backpack without adding unnecessary load or restricting mobility. The pouch base occupies only 5 MOLLE sections — a standard solution for most modern equipment — while dedicated openings for belt attachment provide additional carrying options.

The removable internal pouch features elastic securing straps that ensure excellent organization and quick access to a tourniquet, bandage, pressure dressing, hemostatic supplies, or other first aid kit components. The key feature of the design is two-sided access, allowing you to retrieve the required item from any position or even by touch in a stressful situation.

The external base features a dedicated space for a tourniquet or marker. This is convenient both during service and in civilian life, as it allows the pouch to be used not only for medical equipment but also for additional tactical gear. The current Multicam camouflage pattern is suitable for field, urban, and specialized use.

The pouch is made exclusively from proven and reliable fabrics: Cordura 500D, laminated Cordura Squadron 500/1000, X-pack (Multicam, AOR1), and original Velcro. All these components provide resistance to abrasion, tearing, water, and dirt even during active use.
