The wide Drop Point blade provides excellent stabbing and cutting properties, while the cobalt-alloyed Böhler N690 steel with a hardness of 58 HRC can withstand intense loads, including transverse loads. The Black Oxide MIL-C-13924 finish coating protects against corrosion and is laser engraved with camouflage stripes.
Massive notches on the handle for a thumb rest increase comfort and confidence during use. The knife can be operated with both the left and right hand with the help of a double-sided bolster. The reliable Liner Lock locks the blade in the open position. To prevent accidental opening, there is a safety catch that locks the blade in the closed or open position. The MF line also has an adjusting axial screw for adjusting the smoothness of the blade output.
The handle liners are made of Anticorodal aluminum alloy of the highest degree of purification. This material is extremely resistant to corrosion, durable and can withstand the toughest work. The ergonomic shape of the handle, developed using the unique ERMH (Extrema Ratio Multipurpose Handle) technology, is based on the principles of kinesiology and fits comfortably in the hand. There is a large underfinger recess for a reverse grip. A double-sided, deep-set clip is installed for easy carrying.
This MF1 model has a BC ("Belt Cutter") feature, which means a built-in sling cutter with an easily replaceable blade and a screwdriver for adjusting the optics of firearms. The knife is designed specifically for law enforcement and military use, but thanks to its compact size, it is suitable for everyday use.
