The axe head is made of high-quality 420 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance, maintaining sharpness even after prolonged use, and allowing confident work with various materials. The dark powder coating not only gives the axe a stylish appearance but also protects the blade from mechanical damage and unwanted glare — an important aspect during combat operations and hunting.
The axe length of 38.1 cm is perfectly balanced for striking power and convenient transportation. The 9.53 cm blade easily handles chopping brushwood, building shelters, or preparing firewood for a campfire. An important design element is the sharp spike on the rear side of the head, making the tool highly versatile: you can effortlessly break through obstacles or shatter glass in rescue situations.
The handle is made of glass-reinforced nylon — a material resistant to extreme temperatures, lightweight, highly impact-resistant, and comfortable for prolonged use. A nylon sheath is included in the set, providing protection for both the axe itself and your gear.
SOG is an American brand with an impeccable reputation and many years of experience in creating tactical equipment for military and special forces units. Their products are regularly tested in the harshest conditions — trust the professionals.
