IHWCU uniforms are approved for active duty by the US Army and are made to military specification FQ/PD 14-04A). Additional reinforcements at stress points and seams make this hot weather uniform as durable as standard ACU, and the state-of-the-art nylon/cotton ripstop fabric is designed to dry from wet to dry in 60 minutes.
Stitched seams throughout the fabric increase durability, and the reversible back allows for a greater range of motion.
A lightweight, breathable alternative to the ACU army ammunition used by the US Army, designed specifically to protect against extreme heat and other harsh climates.
Features of the combat shirt:
● NIR compatible;
● Raglan sleeves on the front with 5-button placket and pen slot;
● Turn-down collar with fusible lining;
● Long sleeves with cuffs and one button, three loops, adjustable cuff tab;
● Velcro fields on the front;
● Two top sleeve pockets with eyelets opening from the top, with a water drainage hole;
Features of the pants:
● NIR compatible;
● Closed codpiece with buttons;
● Seven belt loops;
● Two side hanging pockets;
● Two front side pleated cargo pockets with button flaps;
● The top edge of the cargo pockets is in the front, not in the back, as in the ACU;
● Two side shin pockets with button flaps;
● Side cargo pockets with eyelets and water drainage holes;
● Double needlepoint seat pad with gusset;
● 100% nylon knee reinforcements;
● Nylon tape on the hem of the pants;
