High level of hearing protection: The noise reduction efficiency is up to 29 dB (SNR), and when used in combination with the TEP-300 tactical earplugs, the protection level increases to over 40 dB. This allows you to protect your hearing even in the loudest environments, such as artillery fire or helicopter noise.
Integrated duplex NIB communication: The Natural Interaction Behavior (NIB) feature provides direct full-duplex communication up to 10 meters away. This means that users can communicate seamlessly with each other, even in very noisy environments, without the need to press buttons or use other communication devices.
Adaptive sound profiles: The earbuds feature an ambient listening mode that allows users to hear and amplify sounds from the environment thanks to the built-in microphones. You can choose between four pre-programmed sound profile settings: Comfort, Conversational, Patrol, and Surveillance, making the headphones versatile for any environment.
Waterproof and dustproof: ComTac VII headphones have a high degree of water and dust protection (IP68), which allows them to be used in harsh weather conditions and when immersed in water (up to 2 meters for 30 minutes). The microphones are also waterproof up to 6 meters.
Advanced voice control mode: Thanks to the built-in VOX (voice over IP) function, the user can activate voice transmission without using their hands, which provides complete freedom of action during operations.
Ergonomic design and flexibility: The headphones have flat “cups” that allow them to be worn under combat helmets. The improved headband ensures comfortable wearing for a long time, and the removable microphone allows you to adapt the headphones to different operational needs.
