This is a professional detergent for washing membrane fabrics - products made of Gore-tex, Sympatex, Ultrex, Entrant, breathable nylon fabrics, tarpaulin.
It preserves moisture-repellent and breathable properties of fabrics without damaging DWR treatment, and does not change the properties of synthetic fillers, if any, present in the product design.
It is not a chemical detergent in the usual sense, does not contain fluorocarbon, which makes it extremely safe for the environment and humans.
In its undiluted state, Nikwax Tech Wash is able to remove even old stains, and also removes the unsuccessful effects of washing with conventional means and powders.
After a quality wash, it improves the ventilation of the fabric, gives a fresher look to the product and maximizes the water-repellent properties.
